Our three holiday apartments are conveniently located, offering both tranquility and centrality. The Natrun cable car, serving as the starting point for the Royal Tour in the Hochkönig ski area, is just 100 meters away. In summer, it leads to Prinzenberg Natrun. Within a mere 2-minute walk, you'll find the charming town center of Maria Alm, bustling with restaurants and shops. Leave your car safely in our carport and let it enjoy its vacation too.
Located in the heart of the village: central yet tranquil. Supermarket, restaurants, sports shops, bakery, church, and public transportation are all easily reachable within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot.
From the apartment, it's a 2-minute walk across the bridge to reach the Natrun valley station. This is the starting point for the Royal Tour in winter and the ascent to Prinzenberg in summer.

No parking worries thanks to your own carport! Additionally, there's an on-site electric charging station available. With the HochkönigCard, all public transportation in the Pinzgau area is free to use.
Our house is heated using district heating from the biomass cogeneration plant in the village. Additionally, we generate our own electricity through a photovoltaic system on the roof.
Relax in the spacious garden with opportunities for grilling, chilling, and playing. The trees and bushes in our garden contribute to a pleasant air quality.
Unser gesamtes Haus wird mithilfe von Fernwärme aus dem Biomasse-Heizkraftwerk im Ort beheizt. Zusätzlich setzen wir auf Solarenergie und erzeugen unseren eigenen Strom mittels einer Photovoltaik-Anlage auf dem Dach. Der üppige Baumbestand und zahlreiche Sträucher in unserem Garten tragen zu einer angenehmen Luftqualität bei.
